Which Roof Tile Do You Have?
The tile type is the most important selection criterion. Not every penetration fits under every tile – the shape, curvature, and folding determine which model you need.
Frankfurt Pan Tiles and Concrete Roof Tiles
The Frankfurt pan tile is the most common roof tile in Germany. For this type of tile, we offer special penetrations with a length of 125 mm that fit exactly under the pan shape.
Flat and Curved Clay Roof Tiles
For other common tile shapes, we recommend our 150 mm model. The greater length ensures a secure fit even with different batten spacings.
Compact Roof Structures
For low roof structures, our compact 105 mm version is suitable – particularly slim, even under closely spaced tiles.
How Many Cables Do You Need to Route?
- 2-way penetration: Ideal for balcony power plants and small PV systems
- 4-way penetration: For larger systems with multiple strings
- Grounding cable penetration (16 mm²): Specifically for grounding cables
Route MC4 Connectors Without Disassembly
The cable duct is dimensioned so that MC4 connectors can be routed without disassembling them. This saves time and avoids contact problems due to repeated crimping.
