1. Which size do I need – 105mm, 125mm, or 150mm?
The size depends on the cable cross-section: 105mm for DC cables (~7.5mm), 125mm for PE cables (~16mm), 150mm for larger cross-sections or multiple cables. When in doubt: choose the next larger option.
2. Which cables is the roof penetration suitable for?
NEXCAPE® roof penetrations are optimized for DC solar cables (1500V), PE/copper cables, signal cables, and standard cable types with outer diameters of approx. 6–18mm.
3. How does the roof penetration protect the cable?
The NEXCAPE® roof penetration offers reliable protection against cable abrasion. The UV-resistant technical plastic does not swell or crack – even after prolonged UV exposure. For sealing against moisture, we also recommend commercially available roofing tape.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order: 20 pieces per item. For bulk quantities of 100 pieces or more, we offer additional discounts and customized solutions.
5. How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days after order and payment receipt. Express delivery is possible upon request.

7. What does mechanical cable protection mean?
Our solar cable holder 40×40mm prevents the cable from flapping in the wind, chafing against sharp edges, or being damaged.
8. Is the product Made in Germany?
Yes, completely. All NEXCAPE® roof penetrations are developed and manufactured in Wildberg, Baden-Württemberg – according to ISO standards.
9. What warranty applies to the roof penetration?
Our roof penetrations are maintenance-free and durable. The UV-resistant technical plastic retains its properties even under continuous weather exposure.
