What is TPU?
TPU belongs to the family of thermoplastic elastomers. It combines the elasticity of rubber with the processability of thermoplastics. The material can be processed in 3D printing while maintaining its excellent mechanical properties.

3D Printing: Manufacturing of the Future
NEXCAPE relies on additive manufacturing in Germany. 3D printing allows for precise geometries that would not be economically feasible with injection molding. Each penetration is manufactured so that the cable openings are optimally dimensioned, from the 2-PV variant to the 6 PV+PE.
Available Configurations
The penetrations are available in 2 PV, 2 PV+PE, 4 PV, 4 PV+PE, 6 PV, and 6 PV+PE variants. The PE variants offer an additional opening for the grounding cable. All variants are available in 105 mm, 125 mm, and 150 mm lengths.
